"Center of the Plate catered our Client Appreciation Event at Spectrum
Theatre for Robert W Baird & Co. last summer for two evenings. Center of
the Plate did an excellent job. The food was delicious, Bill and his
staff were wonderful to our clients, and Bill went out of his way to
make our event a success. We had many comments about the variety of
food that was offered. Bill and his staff made sure if the food was
running low on the tables that it would be replenished right away. They
also did a great job setting up the event and clearing the plates.

Bill was great to work with and dealt very well with my concerns and
issues to make our event a success. If we have another client event, we
definitely will use Center of the Plate.

Our office also liked the fact that whatever food was leftover, Bill
brought to it our office instead of throwing it out."
